1. Copyrights and Ownership
All final deliverables—including manuscripts, cover designs, marketing materials, and formatted files—are the sole property of the client upon full payment and project completion. Nexi Bloom Publishing does not retain any rights to your content unless explicitly agreed upon in writing. You are free to publish, distribute, and modify the work as you see fit.
2. Payment Terms
Full payment is required upfront for all services unless otherwise agreed in writing. Payment includes applicable taxes and transaction fees. We accept secure payments via trusted third-party processors. Delayed or incomplete payments may result in project suspension or cancellation.
3. Revision Policy
We offer up to two rounds of revisions within 14 calendar days of initial delivery. Revisions must align with the original scope and be clearly communicated. Urgent revisions may be completed within 24 hours; standard revisions may take up to 72 hours. Additional revisions may be billed separately.
4. Publishing Workflow
Our publishing process includes manuscript review, editing, formatting, cover design, ISBN assignment, distribution setup, and optional marketing services. Each phase is initiated only after client approval. Specific timelines, milestones, and deliverables will be documented in the NDA. We maintain transparency and collaboration throughout the process to ensure your publishing goals are met.
5. Refund Policy
Refunds are granted under the following conditions:
- Before Work Begins: Full refund minus a $150 or 10% transaction fee (whichever is lower).
- After Initial Delivery: Up to 75% refund if design or formatting work has not started.
- After Design Work Begins: Up to 50% refund before final approval.
- After Final Approval: No refunds are issued.
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of project completion. Refunds are not granted for change-of-mind or dissatisfaction outside the agreed scope. All refund decisions are subject to review and documentation.
6. Limitation of Liability
We strive for accuracy and professionalism but do not guarantee uninterrupted service or error-free deliverables. Nexi Bloom Publishing is not liable for delays, data loss, or third-party platform issues. You agree to indemnify us against claims related to intellectual property, confidentiality breaches, or misuse of deliverables.

All third-party logos, trademarks, and references on our website are the property of their respective owners. Nexi Bloom Publishing is not affiliated with or endorsed by these entities unless explicitly stated. Content on our website is for informational purposes only and should not be considered legal or professional advice.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. Upon termination, any work completed will be delivered, and refunds (if applicable) will be processed according to the refund policy. Nexi Bloom Publishing reserves the right to terminate services for breach of agreement or unethical conduct.

We may update these Terms and Conditions periodically. Changes will be posted with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of the updated terms.
